Now, the entire process can be handled seamlessly in one place. You can manage all stages of the contract process directly in Noventia. Negotiations take place using Noventia’s Collaboration Tool. Once the contract is ready for signing, you can send signature requests from Noventia to Visma Sign with a single click. The requests are sent to the parties by email, and it is possible to monitor signature status in real time within Noventia.
Once all parties have signed, the document is automatically transferred from Visma Sign back to Noventia’s contract management – or, if needed, into any other document management or CLM system you use.
