Our annual customer satisfaction survey evaluates aspects such as the smoothness of collaboration, the level of professionalism, and the usability of Noventia’s digital tools. In this blog, we take a closer look at the survey results and how we plan to maintain our high standards going forward.
Summary of results
Tools, HelpDesk and Guidelines
Customers find our tools easy to use and appreciate the high quality support available via our HelpDesk. Recently, we have added more video instructions to enhance usability. It’s great to see that this effort has paid off, as customer ratings have improved by approximately five percentage points.
Approach, Collaboration, and Customer Interaction
Customers report that Noventia’s account managers provide quick responses, proactively introduce new features, and always strive to find the best solutions for them. This rating increased by three percentage points, now reaching an impressive 98%. A big thank you to our customers for making interactions so pleasant – working with you is a delight!
Expertise, Knowledge, and Business Understanding
Ratings for expertise increased by approximately five percentage points, now standing at 94%. Customers particularly appreciate how different options and ideas are discussed in a practical way, ensuring they receive recommendations tailored to their industry-specific needs.
Offering, Services, and Pricing
This category saw a six percentage point improvement compared to previous ratings. Respondents acknowledged that our price-quality ratio is well balanced and that our tools provide clear business benefits.
Future Development Based on Customer Needs
In addition to numerical ratings, our customer survey gathers open feedback to identify further needs. Based on these insights and our daily conversations with customers, we have pinpointed areas for future development.
Noventia’s supplier management tool is increasingly being adopted not only by sourcing teams but also across the wider organization. Depending on the industry, field personnel may need quick access to supplier information, or sales team may need an easy access to subcontractor data. We are continuously working to improve intuitiveness and ease of use.
Over the past year, we have introduced a vast number of new supplier management features, which we continue to develop in collaboration with our customers. Additionally, we have received valuable ideas from our user community regarding enhancements to our RFx tool, and we are moving forward with these improvements as well.
